What is an oxymel?
An oxymel is a herbal extraction using vinegar and honey. The extraction pulls vitamins and minerals out of medicinal herbs. It is an alcohol-free tincture that tastes amazing!
How to use:
- You can take on its own, a few drops in your mouth.
- Add to soda water.
- You can also add to any oil and make a delicious salad dressing.

Dandelion Leaf is another spring tonic that is rich in vitamins and minerals. It is a natural diuretic loaded with potassium. It is used in fluid retention related to hormone imbalance as well.
